I would have liked it to be more realistic. Too much fantasy.

I take it you know it couldn't be anywhere near reality considering you've survived thru a Nuclear war... :cool:

And who cares if it's possible it's a good show for pleasure not to teach us to "duck and cover" lol

Some people just have to over analyze things.

By his logic, any movie/show that isn't realistic must suck. For example, Terminator... that movie must suck, going by his logic.

It's perfectly fine if it's not ultra realistic. The problem with the show is that it's ultra corny and the characters are all just flat out STUPID! None of them have common sense and they act like they're in a soap opera. It was better the 2nd half of the season, but still very very flawed, and only approached being an average show.

On the bright side, if shows like this can come back, then that gives me some hope that shows that are in fact GOOD can come back as well. Like Journeyman.

Jericho is back because it stirred up a lot of passion in the fanbase.

It's good family value programming. My family greatly enjoyed watching this show.

Season 2 sounds like its going to be more action orientated.

not into the show but it is nice to see that people are getting what they want -- that grassroots efforts to organize for SOMETHING actually work.

Childs play got it right - besides all the other illogical and stupid things on that show. Terminator has no illusions about reality so I do not hold it to the same standards. Like Terminator though the Sarah Connors charactor is not as strong as Linda Hamilton made it.

Because of all the odd cult following news surrounding this show I thought I'd give it another shot by watching tonight.

I'm 15 minutes in, and this post is spot on.

It hasn't changed. I gave it a good 6 weeks when it debuted. This show is unbearable, abysmal, horrific. The acting reminds me of midday soap operas. In the prime time arena that is an astounding failure.

I love this show - and many are passionate about it. Ratings will be out in AM.

I liked the first episode watching all 60 minutes.

Just want to say that this season so far has been MUCH MUCH better than last year and the show is actually enjoyable now. The plot is pushed foward in every episode. If the show had been like this last year they never would have cancelled it.

I agree - Season 2 has blown away Season 1. It's a roller coaster ride - last nights ending was Nuts.
