Jerra will keep Wade, but what do you informed personages think?

I believe Jerra should swallow his pride, give Wade a nice parting gift and name Jason Garrett HC.

I don't think this franchise's reason for being is to see that, someday, Wade can win his first playoff game as a HC.
That Wade is like his dad, close but never a cigar in the playoffs.
