Jerrah needs to look at who the best HC could be for many years to come...not the scheme. In the end I don't care if we run a 3-4 or 4-3 as long as it's aggressive and works.
He would be making a huge mistake to hire a HC just to keep the 3-4 around. If the best option for HC runs the 3-4 great, but more importantly I want the right person. Preferable young with ENERGY that can handle the game and motivate.
There are a lot of names out there...Ron Rivera, Stoops, Turner etc...
I hope we go young and someone with a lot of energy to stay the course for many years. Who ever comes in is walking into a great situation with this talent, and it's looking like Rivera understands that based off of his comments.
