Well, that’s settled.
This is gold.
Well. I’ll use a real world example. Not defending Jerry, but what else is he going to say?
Exactly what i just thought. Not defending Jerry, but what else is he going to say?
This could totally happenIf Dak does not sign an extension this year, and Jerry keeps him only to sign him to an enormous contract next year, maybe then Jerry will understand the problem culture in Dallas. The priority in Dallas is not winning. That is purely a culture problem and it starts with the 2 soda jerks at the top.
Yes but they hire people who do, otherwise they're not CEOs for longPlenty! Tons of CEO’s etc out there don’t have a clue.
All starts at the top. This organization likes submissive players who are yes sir men. A good team needs real enforcers who are borderline criminals who want to hurt somebody. They need more players like Parsons who aren't afraid to speak up about the play of other players on the team. Years ago if you have an issue with a guy fight it out. That's what's missing here! It's more than just that. We get punched in the gut and we give up.
To take it a step further…these players are more enamored about being a Dallas Cowboy and all the perks and attention that go with it than being professional football players. Everything these players do get press just because of playing for “America’s Team” , which gives them a sense of entitlement and arrogance for doing nothing. On the flip side, as a player serious about their craft, how can they even function in this circus-type atmosphere? All starts at the top.
