I liked dart too, but once they signed dak with a no trade clause again, the team is stuck

You'd have to be a stone cold moron to not take Carter with the 3rd pick in this draft. No brainer there.

The Jaxson Dart move is TBD. Most had Dart as a second round talent, although I confess to believing that he is the best or at worst, second-best QB in this rather weak QB class. In fact, I predicted in the prediction thread that Dart would be overdrafted by a team that needed a QB badly. All they have is a washed-up Russell Wilson and guys that are barely JAG's. The Giants traded up in a weak class to get a QB because they are desperate and had to roll the dice. Schoen and Daboll are trying to save their jobs.

Listen, nobody wants Dak off this team more than I do but Jerry did the unthinkable about an hour before last season's opening game, and made him the highest paid player in NFL history.

We have to go at least this season and next before we can move on from him without getting destroyed by his cap numbers.

I think even by then its going to be a huge cap hit to get rid of him!
