Them Twill and Brown, that looks pretty. good.

I am still not sold on Switzer, still think a wasted pick last year, and Beasley is in the mix. One of these two needs to be traded, or Twill. But prefer Beasely or Switzer.

Switzer is faster and bigger than Beasley, has the same good hands, and is a much better punt returner than Beasley. Plus, he makes a lot less money. Hurns plays the slot, too.

Beasley is likely gone.

I do think Switzer showed improvement toward the end of the year. When I said wasted pick, I meant we didn't need him, because we had Beasley. And they could have went a different route to get a return guy.

However, if I had to choose, I would trade Beasley and get rid of his contract. and keep Switzer. I had poster several times late in the season, that I was willing to give Switzer another year to see how much he improves.

I just can't see keeping both at this times. Not when they are about the same guy, but Switzer in that better return guy.
I would hate to see a WR like Brown be released in order to keep both of these guys. I would even keep Twill over keeping both of them.

i guarantee this current WR crop on this team wont look the same by game 1, 1-3 of these guys will be traded or cut..

Beasly(too much like Switzer that cost more money-trade or cut), Twill , forced to trade or keep, and Dez well we all know that story..

he can say those signings wont effect the draft or other things moving forward but it will for sure effect he roster by Game 1..

I think it was a longterm move and insurance for Cole Beasley because he was such a big part of the offense in 2016.

They may move on from Beasley quicker than expected though because it seems like he is not on board with the offensive scheme.

I think Beasley may be a draft day trade. We have 4 guys that can play out of the slot, Hurns, Thompson, Switzer and to a lesser degree TWill. The team needs to be more "flexible" when slot guy comes in, using the smurfs to run those same old option routes out of the slot is part of the problem. The more of the route tree that can be run out of the slot the better it is for the offense.

The coaches ignore the fact that Dez turns into Adrian Peterson at Wide Out when he has the ball in his hands.

I expect more predictable coaching from our staff. MAke it easy on defenders.
