I don't see us better than 5-11 at this point - esp if Romo goes on IR.

I think 3-13 or 4-12 is a better bet.

JJ has got to be feeling terrible. There's no way he could have imagined this meltdown. But you're right, he put himself in this mess with multiple gambles that backfired on him this season.

I'm still trying to see how this team wins another game beyond the 1 we have. The defense has obviously quit.

Funny, we started the year with only 3 corners....and we still have only 3 and one of them is injured. Why isn't there ANY young depth on this team that could be on the field being evaluated?

This whole franchise has become comical at best, Saturday night live should do a skit on this whole franchise, Jerry, Wade, Red, the players. Only thing is it wouldn't be as funny as the real thing.

Jerry has done ALOT of good. But on the whole HE HAS NOT.


I believe:


- I dont care what anybody says, he pushed Jimmy out. What the heck Jerry, you hired your college buddy hoping it would work. IT DID, you should have left it alone.

- No way, do we spot the 49ers 21pts in first 12 minutes of 3rd straight NFC title game. Jerry cost us 4 in a row in 90's

- 2 #1's for Galloway. I give him credit for having the balls to do that trying to get Troy a substitute for Michael Irvin.

- Jerry hired Bill, then got in the way. Paid Bill to stay extra year or Bill was gone. He brought in TO and it almost worked, sans the conservative play and fumbled snap I think we sneak a SB win outta that season.

- Jerry overpays Barber, forces him to be starter because of it, RUINS Barbers effectiveness. He was a double digit TD machine. Who cares if he played less and got paid more. He was productive.

Totally agree, make jerry jones realize that way jerry won with jimmy johnson was how jerry and jimmy johnson built the cowboys, while jerry allowed jimmy to run the team, discipline the team, make trades, cuts, waive players or release them by the head coach with total control, with jerry giving head coach total control.

Also, the cowboys rebuilt with top draft picks, with aikman, russell maryland, trades, with impact players at top of the draft.

Players like Aikman, Maryland, emmitt smith acuired in trade moving up, alvin harper, kevin smith, and robert jones, who didnt pan out because was chosen at lower end of first round, you get impact players generally when they fall like randy moss, emmitt smith, warren sapp or dez bryant, but other than that you have to take impact players at top of the draft, generally within the top 14 of first round

Then, the cowboys built that super team by trading for a veteran player that won mvp honors etc like a charles haley, and cowboys traded for a play maker that made plays like a thomas everett safety
so wake up jerry jones, remember how you did that

also remember jerry, only reason why you won the 95 superbowl was because of the team you and jerry jones built in early 90s and superior coaching staff, even switzer said jerry, if you need to be reminded, that switzer just got out of the way of the coaching staff and let them coach
