Jerry and Stephen deserve credit for one very big change

For years our front office has always been so impatient that it has hurt our ball club. Terrell Owens, Brandon Carr, Ken Hamlin, Miles Austin,ect......they always jumped the gun way too early and that is what has hurt this team the most.

Now with Stephen leading the way and Jerry listening and changing his ways this front office is dangerous. We now have the one thing this team needed in the front office...............PATIENCE

We really have let this offseason come to us. Internally I'm a little panicked about the running back position, but we are wise in not letting that singular position dictate our every move. We DRAMATICALLY improved our team with this draft as a result.

took Ware out, I thought he signed two contract extensions but TO and Hamlin they never should have signed......TO the second contract.

Also, just because they were part of a playoff team (that won no games) doesn't mean you should just throw your money around on everyone. Now Marion Barber comes to mind. Actually all those contracts is what put us in this mess in the first place.
