Why did Jerry decline a vote on the compensation committee and did the current committee members get favorable treatment from Goodell in the past?

Arthur Blank, the owner of the Falcons, offered Jones (who had been serving as an ad hoc member) a vote at last month’s ownership meeting, during a session before the full group of league owners. Despite the urging of Washington owner Daniel Snyder to accept a vote, Jones declined.

The compensation committee consists of six owners: chairman Arthur Blank (Falcons), Clark Hunt (Chiefs), Robert Kraft (Patriots), John Mara (Giants), Bob McNair (Texans) and Art Rooney II (Steelers).

Goodell started in 2006. I count 10 Super Bowl appearances by teams with owners on the current compensation committee.

The Chiefs and Texans don't have SB appearances but do have 6 conference championships between them in the Goodell era compared to 5 total before Goodell.

My guess is he was trying to stall or block the vote. Had he voted he would have been outvoted. So instead he refused to vote and threatened to sue and was removed from the committee.

So I don’t get what the point of this is? Goddell is purposely fixing the league for 6 teams to prosper?

I didn't know Clark Hunt was on the committee. Why aren't the Prestonwood neighbors sticking together? Where is Bob McNair too? Aren't they friends? I'm sick of the cowardice.

IF the answer to that is yes then the NFL will be tarnished bigtime.
