Reasons to fire Wade Phillips:
1. No accountability- Wade himself admits he is at fault for everything.
2. Team underachieved again
3. No discipline (penalties)
4. Lack of preperation in meaningful games
5. Inability to adjust gameplan to counter other teams adjustments
6. Cannot make a decision (Felix on KR, BJ not fit as QB2, Proctor is ********, Garrett run a slant- Never was corrected, 1/2 season to bench Stewart)
7. A defensive coach cannot get these All Pros to tackle?
Reasons to keep him:
1. The pass rush made great strides in the second half of the season.
2. MONEY OWED TO STAFF
No other reason to keep Wade can be thought of, at least not a postive note?
So here is the time we find out if Jerry Jones really understands the needs of this team?
