Here's hoping for a big Cowboys and Dak win.
Exactly. It's going on 28 years since Jones bought the team. Why such routine observations continually get past anyone nearly three decades later is a mystery.Jerry is keeping the media talking about the Cowboys until week 8.
Times change. Doesn't take away from the respect I have for what he's meant to this team.Man, you used to be the biggest Romo supporter. I would've thought you would be the number one guy advocating for Romo remaining the starter.
Thanks, but I don't understand him either...Jerry speaks his own language that only he and Johnnie Walker can comprehend.
.
In this case, I don't buy into this being about Jerry trying to keep anything in the news. It's staying all over the news all by itself. Truth is, Jerry is doing the same thing that the rest of us are doing. Waiting to see what happens. He says nothing definitive because events on the field will most likely dictate how this all shakes out.

Of course I'm just guessing but when I read that quote I took it as his son has his ear and Jerry is now for the first time contemplating life after Romo.
Jerry knows who will be the starter but he hasn't ever turned down free publicity if he can stoke it a little...
Well this gives me hope that they are at least considering it.I think if we win this game on Sunday, Rayne Dakota Prescott is your new starting QB. The plan was Romo after the bye. I don't think they'd do that sitting at 5-1 with wins over the Bengals and then the Packers in Green Bay.
Now, we see if you're right. I think you should be right, anyway.I think if we win this game on Sunday, Rayne Dakota Prescott is your new starting QB. The plan was Romo after the bye. I don't think they'd do that sitting at 5-1 with wins over the Bengals and then the Packers in Green Bay.
