Max money if not top dollar, and beyond. These young men are 90% of the reason our season is alive, and he's a huge part of it.I don't think Jerry will keep Quinn unless he pays him some big time money. Nevertheless, got to find a way to keep him.
Probably the only way to keep him is to let him know he's the next HC if McCarthy falters in the playoffs again. GMs are going to be lining up to sign him as their next coach as soon as this season is over.
Do you not already know that D. Quinn is being paid like a head coach RIGHT NOW? Money isn’t going to keep Quinn. If Quinn gets an offer as a HC that he wants, he’s gone.
Lol, right, because Quinn is the only DC who can coach the 43 under!I don't think Jerry will keep Quinn unless he pays him some big time money. Nevertheless, got to find a way to keep him.

He's given the Cowboys their best defense since the 90's.Lol, right, because Quinn is the only DC who can coach the 43 under!
HE is responsible for it? Lol... so he was great in Seattle, then forgot how to coach in Atlanta, now he knows how to coach again? Hmmmm, must be the water in Texas. He's given the Cowboys their best defense since the 90's.

if cowboys continue and have success this offseason, then Quinn is gone unless Jerry lets McCarthy walk, which would be unprecedented for a winning team (except Jerry did it once with Johnson, but that was a separate story).I don't think Jerry will keep Quinn unless he pays him some big time money. Nevertheless, got to find a way to keep him.
I agree. The thing with the NFL is that you can be a total failure as a HC multiple times and you still have an almost guaranteed job as a coordinator in the league. He has little to lose except maybe a few hits to the ego by becoming a HC again.Do you not already know that D. Quinn is being paid like a head coach RIGHT NOW? Money isn’t going to keep Quinn. Regardless of whether he has anything to lose or not. That’s what he desires. He’s made that clear already.I agree.
