There’s a bunch of coaches in the league who have successfully ran a 43 under. Including Frazier who’s on the current staff and had a top 5 to 10 defense in Minnesota several years running!

Probably the only way to keep him is to let him know he's the next HC if McCarthy falters in the playoffs again. GMs are going to be lining up to sign him as their next coach as soon as this season is over.

I think Fat Mike may have insulated himself with the meeting he had with DQ in the offseason. I don't think Quinn is one of those guys that sits in the wings waiting for his HC to fail so he can get a job a la JG. DQ at least comes across as an old school guy with respect and understanding.

I don't think Jerry will keep Quinn unless he pays him some big time money. Nevertheless, got to find a way to keep him.
