Not the good ones.I think thats more of a media talking point then the truth, coaches will go almost anywhere for money and the opportunity

You have to sign Lamb or trade him for a fortune.Add the fact that they signed Dak and Lamb to huge contracts. Argue whichever way you want to about those contracts but doing this and then firing the coach and bringing in a new offense is just idiotic. Why sign them when you are basically in a rebuild?
Yep maybe, but I doubt Jerry was going anywhere near ten on AAV. Jerry probably wanted to be able to cut bait at any time without owing MM a thing. He has told us what a problem dead coaching money is…..especially if your bottom line is way more important than trying to win.No its not the annual salary its the amount of time, they wanted short term contract as an extension not a brand new contract
Mike Fisher said this is the "blow it up" plan
Who cares about the length of a HC’s contract? Just fire him after three years if the team doesn’t meet expectations. The published word makes sense. The Cowboys didn't want to give MM a 5 year deal. I get both sides.
Looks like it is to be KM unless he says no.
Exactly what I think he wants to fire McCarthy or have short contract, Fisher been saying this for a year on his shows that this year they intentionally tankedYep maybe, but I doubt Jerry was going anywhere near ten on AAV. Didn’t catch the blow it up thing but I’ll look.
Dak isnt that bad, you can win with him, he's made the playoffs with two different coachesYou have to sign Lamb or trade him for a fortune.
He is truly elite.
Dak was the guy you had to let go.
The possibilities were limitless with him gone.
Now we are married to mediocrity.
SubjectiveNot the good ones
Exactly. I highly doubt Jerry and Cap Boy even discussed life after MM before today.Sorry but it just doesn’t feel as if there’s any plan.
Mike is gone because they didn’t want to pay him the going rate, not because he didn’t deliver.
It’s like signing a DT in FA….’HOW much per year?’ Nah we will just draft one.
It’s not about what’s needed or some plan to win by adding the right people…it’s a case by case basis as to if someone is worth their money as determined by Jerry and his cheap kid.
They're all puppets hereI will go on record not wanting MM back in any capacity, but just like the player contracts, this organization has failed to the worst degree:
-Should of fired MM after last year's playoff loss, but decided to allow him to be a lame duck coach, which never happens in this league.
-Played around with MM thinking they could do whatever they want and he will return.
-The way they did both Dak/Lamb contracts hurt this team on and off the field. They waited to the last minute and could of saved millions if they decided to do them a year early.
-If we see a "puppet" head coach hire, we know they franchise is set to return to the Dave Campo 5-11 seasons with no hope for the future.
After paying Dak and CD more than the GNP of a small country? No its not the annual salary its the amount of time, they wanted short term contract as an extension not a brand new contract
Mike Fisher said this is the "blow it up" plan
Thats the plan according to Fisher, sign Dak, CD, Parsons use 2024 as a blow it up year, coach is in final year of his contractAfter paying Dak and CD more than the GNP of a small country?
If that was the case, then why did we renegotiate Dak's contract and shove some of it into 25?Thats the plan according to Fisher, sign Dak, CD, Parsons use 2024 as a blow it up year, coach is in final year of his contract
Don't be surprised when it is Gruden.Points to hiring Kellen Moore since he knows the offense
Jerry said Mike I’d do a one year deal with you and make you number one on the coaches pay list if you just hold it upside downI will go on record not wanting MM back in any capacity, but just like the player contracts, this organization has failed to the worst degree:

Jerry said I’ll give you another year lolRemember Garrett got 10 years .........I'm guessing Jerry was determined not to make that mistake again. It also confirms how his monetary value, not winning controls his decisions. Any other owner would hired Mike, and gave him the 5 years not worrying about if he was to fire him after 3 years and pay off the final two.
No coach is taking an incentive type deal. Why would they when they don’t control the roster.Zero respect for any coach that takes an incentive based contract. I hope he drops this idiotic idea, but I doubt it.
The Dak debate doesn't even matter when the front office has no plan either way to make him successful or to move on. They literally have no plan whatsoever. They just feel things will workout because they are the Dallas Cowboys.Dak isnt that bad, you can win with him, he's made the playoffs with two different coaches
