If you are going to pay a QB $40 plus million a year he has to be able to mask some of the weaknesses that are going to be created due to their CAP hit. Dak isn't able to do that.

Agreed. We may end up competitive at times, but I don't believe we will compete for a super bowl again while Jerry is running the show. Stephen might not be an improvement.

We've just seen time & time again. Jerry will say the right things sometimes, like he'd do anything to win another SB, etc... However, his actions don't line up with his words. I don't think I've ever heard him accept any responsibility for this teams disappointments from the 1996 season forward. That's not the character traits of a good leader. I expect nothing but the same for the duration of his time running the team.
