there are upgrades and good backup pieces, dont let the Jones off the hook on this, if they sit tight during FA they are to blame for how the season goes....again.

The upgrades are going to get drastically overpaid. There are some decent mid tier free agents once you get past the very poor group that will get overpaid. However after that there really is not much to write home about.

yes we know the day 1 FA's get overpaid but they still go to teams who win trophy's and manage this...this FO has shown staying away from "overpaid" day 1 FA's and drafting doesnt work lets go ahead and overpay win something then rebuild..crazy idea...
