Good suggestions, I agree with both.

In addition to the lack of experience, Garrett just does not generate intensity in his teams. All coaches have flaws, x's o's, game management, etc. But Garrett does not have an abundance of talent so he must get them to produce! Let's face it, a big part of driving performance is FEAR. He generates absolutely no fear in players or coaches, hence they perform inconsistently and without much emotion.
