Jerry: "I'm Not Looking at Free Agency to Fill Voids"

No one told Jerry that FA is exactly how you fill voids. You likely fill a couple in the draft but the rest you can’t know who’s gonna be availible when you pick
Yeah then you pay them as much money as they want because their your guys

He hired Brian Schottenheimer and you guys thought he was doing things different? Lol
Well we all know he isn't doing anything different. Question is will we continue to pay attention to him.

I, for one, haven't paid attention for a while and stopped watching games last year.

This is the difference between a GM whose job is on the line every year and one who can not be held accountable when the feces hits the oscillator.

And Jerry’s face is smeared with feces.

Honestly the best thing to do is set the bar low and then exceed expectations. If you talk about being a desperate buyer in FA that’s not great for negotiations. The problem isn’t that he says this stuff it’s that he means it.

You know, I'd like to be a fly on the wall in one of those owner meetings. How often do you they secretly laugh at Jerry behind his back? Like, the meeting adjourns and two or three owners walk off in one direction and just laugh at him?

$57M of cap space was created the last 2 days.

Jerry STILL plans on being cheap.

NOW DO YOU PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THAT BLAMING DAK'S CONTRACT INSTEAD OF JERRY IS STUPID????

Well, it sounds like Jerry is preparing his fans for the bitter disappointment that lies ahead. Whatever happened to being subjectively aggressive? Looks like our FO needs to confer with one another!

Maybe he needs to talk with Stephen about a workable strategy?! There seems to be a leak in the dam! Does Jerry disapprove of Stephen's willingness to consider free agent open mindedness?
Surely, the days of being chicken-hearted about free agency are due to be discontinued.
Perhaps it's well past time for Jerry to step aside and let Stephen rule the roost. ;)

Yeah the cap space definitely threw all those interceptions to Savage and Alexander :laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::lmao::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::laugh::flagwave::laugh::lmao::lmao::flagwave::flagwave::grin::thumbdown::flagwave::flagwave::flagwave:

We both know how he operates, right? One thing has given me pause. Why do we need 56m in cap space? Why did he just open up all of that space? I won't believe he's going off script until I see it. But this has me curious.
Yep, it's strange (unless its another grab for attention 'look, ive got CAP Space, if I can find a bargain'). But yes, why, even if he signed: Milton Williams, Stanley and Sweat.....he'd pay a Signing Bonus and Prorate the CAP hits into 2026, 2027.
I wonder if he's showing Parsons that he doesnt need a CAP saving by him signing now.....'ive got enough CAP Space'.....Jerry trying (and failing) to be a football genius. Jerry just pay up.
