He and his son have come under criticism for what they have done at OT and WR. So it seems Jerry "needs" Gallup back soon to justify their inaction at WR. He also "needs" Tyler Smith to get out there, even with a bum ankle, to justify them not doing anything at OT.

Maybe it works out but history shows these things end up blowing up in our faces.

I’m not so concerned about WR. Not a top 10 group, but serviceable.

OT is another thing. I can’t believe he this blathering idiot believes it’s going to be anything but a disaster putting TS at tackle when he hasn’t practiced at all there. I guess it can’t be worse than putting Ball or Wal there. When it fails, he’ll be up there making the excuse that he didn’t get any reps at tackle during preseason. Always an excuse.

If Gallimore missed 11 weeks with a hyperextended elbow, no bone or ligament damage, what are the odds Tyron Smith will be back for the "meat of the season" whatever that is? If Tyron comes back sooner that 4 months, I will quit my day job.

I do agree with his comment about the S position. After ignoring it for years the Cowboys have a few really talented guys for that position. Tyler Coyle does not get mentioned much in that group but he made some really nice plays in the preseason games. I don't know if he will make the team but the fact that he is on the bubble and probably won't make it speaks to the quality and quantity of players the Cowboys have now at that position.

I’m sure he was talking about player accountability, but that’s not what will happen.

It's almost comical how Jerry talks about injuries and when players are coming back. In this case, as I said, he needs those guys back sooner rather than later because if not, it exposes their BS offseason plan.

Don't be surprised if our starting LT who hasn't taken a snap at LT in August camp isn't practicing for a few days due to his ankle sprain.

Tristen Hill and Bohanna had the best camps.
Sam Williams is everything you want . He’s got Tank type attributes.

We’ve never had better players at safety. We have never been at better shape at the position.

We’ve got some young WR’s who go where they are supposed to go. They are showing that type of discipline.

If this were the Super Bowl Gallup would be suiting up and playing.

We’ve made our decisions. We are going to have 3-5 more defensive players than offense.

The penalties are on the player. They’ve got to have discipline. You’ve got to have accountability

I like the comment on accountability as seeing he's not accountable to anyone for his poor performance as GM.
