Jerry Jones Bad Good Bad

I'm going to go back to hardknocks just because it gave us some sort of glimpse inside the team.

Team Meetings...Wade was sort of in charge, but he seemed to delegate ALOT of responisbility to his coaches. This isn't nessecariy a bad thing, but it just seemed like he didn't really controll the meetings.

Cuts...they didn't focus on cuts nearly as much as they did when they did the series on Kansas City. But I distinctly remember the way Wade handled cutting a player. He almost teared up. He gave the guy a huge hug. Sure it's hard to have to pretty much shatter a guys dreams...but you can bet when Parcels cut a player he didn't do it like a little girl.

Jason Garrett...he seemed alot tougher than Wade. With him it seems like he woud probably chew some guys out and hold them accountable. Kind of hard to do it when Jerry really runs the show, as well as having Wade above you.

Wade is a good defensive coordinator. He is not head coach material. People love to point at players coaches being the future. An example is the change in philosophy that Coughlin seemed to undertake...but the players coach only goes so far.

Wade's easy going approach worked through the first 13-14 games last year.

He's constantly trying to positively put a spin on things. Saying you won a playoff game because you earned yourself a 1st round bye pretty much sums up his attitude.

When Wade said that mistakes are the coaches fault, not the players, that is just wrong. Sure I understand that he was trying to get the players to not worry about little miscues and let them play more on instinct. But the lack of accountability is really starting to show this season.

Football is a tough sport. And I firmly believe that you cannot have a soft man running a team.

On top of all of this, Jerry playing head coach does not help the situation at all.
