Even Jerry knows his red-Headed Genius can't coach when he says adjustments..

That's why he automatically qualified it with 'that's not just directed at the coaches'.. He wants to implicate everybody in this mess, so his Boy Wonder won't be singled out..

You can tell from what Red said at his presser that he makes Jerry proud and has bought into the VR accountability system:


What was message to team? A number of different messages. Principally, that we owned what happened. It’s our responsibility. It’s a collective responsibility. It stars with me. Every coach, every player, every staff member connected with our football team. There are no excuses, there are no explanations. There’s no way we’re going to grow and get better if we live in that world. We have to look at ourselves in the mirror, we have to strive to get better each and every day. We have to start in 2016 today to get better. It starts with our evaluation of what happened in 2015 and you own up to that, and that’s where you start. Then you start moving forward. Challenged everyone to do that, tried to give them some vehicles to do that, tried to give them some inspiration to do that and that’s what we’re going to do. We’re going to put the right kind of team together in this coming year made up of the right kind of guys who can handle the adversity of the season. We didn’t do a good enough job of that this year.

Same exact thing he says every time.. Makes me nauseous.. Absolutely nothing strategic nor any awareness of what their weaknesses are..

We know where he got the concept. It starts at the top. The Cowboys are different than the other 31 teams

Just watching the Cowboys and their offensive Inefficiency is embarrassing.. Never locate an opponent's weakness nor target it..

Even Seattle adjusted with Russell after Lynch went down with more spread and moving the pocket and he was throwing TDs everywhere..

Sounds likes a much longer version of Garrett's we'll have to look at the video tape except with every possible thing in existence to be looked at.
