Actually, this is great PR work. The media will have this as ammo if the refs pull shenanigans like 2016. It's great ammo to load up on when you're in a tiff with the NFL owner and trying to make a run.

Nah - it's never "great' to be 80 years old - regardless of the $ and all that it brings. Getting close to sunset.

To me it’s crazy if the NFL punishes that. It was obviously done in fun. Would be totally different if done seriously in a post game quote for example.

They probably won’t do anything “official”, because it would make them look bad. Expect a game changing flag or two in the most important games (Green Bay, Philly, Playoff)…
