Many of the old timers like myself living in north Texas remember Dale Hansen from channel 8 sports. Dale had many battles with Jerry over the years, and if I remember correctly, Jerry banned Dale from most everything Cowboys related that he could get away with. Dale shows up in this new Netflix garbage of Jerry's and gave an interview to WFAA in Dallas where he discusses the documentary.

It's a long, 45 minute interview, and I admit I haven't watched the whole thing, but there's a clip that starts around the 39 minute mark that I saw on Tiktok that is described as 'Jerry in a nutshell'. In this clip Dale talks about the only time he saw Jerry get really mad, and to be quite frank, this will probably not surprise anyone.

Anyway, here's the video:

Yep. The 39 minute mark. It starts in about 10 seconds from there.

I'll listen to this at work. I have nothing better to do.

I quoted Dale from this interview in another thread. Him asking Jerry to name another team that would hire him as GM in any sport is priceless.

Football is full of egos...being able to control and manage them as an employee, is key to your success as a coach, assistant or head....as a HS coach you deal with school board, Superintendent, rich parents, etc....image what you go through as HC of Texas, Ohio State, Dallas Cowboys, etc... any of them would make a great soap opera....

He flat out stated Jerry is the reason why the franchise has been a failure for 30 years since. A poster tried to convince me it was a play here or there.

That’s like saying the iceberg didn’t sink the Titanic - it was a rivet here and a rivet there.

Jerry is the owner of the Titanic that pushed the captain to the side and steered the ship straight into the iceberg.

I’m almost finished with the final episode and I don’t think Jerry was honest answering any question or telling any story. I don’t believe his backstory and his attempts at being metaphorical all failed. He and his family are all massive turds.

Take is cheap, tell it to the Marines. Tell, Jerra "what up dog"?

Go feed your mice and rats, cows, pigs...the donkey, too. As of now, the Dallas Cowboys are losers, until further notice.

My uncle was a brigadier general....I visited Camp Pendleton when I was in HS. Another was a Major in the Army. He was a major pain in the butt. Lol. Both had great stories

Nice, Vietnam vet...wild like I was trained to be. See, even now because of the RAT training? If Mike Tyson in his prime would mess with me as I am, I still train.

I'm running away like hell. I might be handsome, but not dumb.
