On a coaching change: There is nothing in me that wants to make a coaching change. And I want that feeling ratified by wins.

On his record over 13 years: He has the lack of playoff wins on his mirror at home.

On the CBA: Wants to have a deal get done. On the other hand, the owners wouldn't have opted out if that deal worked.

On spending in an uncapped year: The way the NFL is set up, we share the majority of the revenue, and that will continue.

On economics in the NFL: Economics have never played a factor on winning in the NFL. And we will not let it happen in the future.

On 2011 Super Bowl: From the day we got it (the Super Bowl) we've been thinking, has Romo and the team come along at the right to have it? Wants to have Dallas in that Super Bowl.

Well, that's certainly one way to look at it. But the hordes of screaming fans won't see it that way. It's all about expectations. Perceived achievements are relative to expectations.
