I know this isn't a new idea for a thread. And I know it has been hashed and rehashed, but I just can't help myself after listening to his post game comments.

About Choice - "He is about to get promoted (not exact words, but something along those lines) to a place where he doesn't have to be a whiz on special teams."

Why must this ego maniac play coach? I am so, so weary of it. Why not just keep you BIG MOUTH SHUT and let your COACH comment on the roles of players?

When will the man look in the mirror and realize HE is a problem for his team?

Unfortunately doesn't seem like Jerry is ever going to change. But then lot of GMs do comment like that. Its just none ever talk after every game. Thats the big difference.

He has a good head coach in Garrett, now get out of his way and let him do his job. Let HIM, your COACH comment on Choice and his role before you do. Is that such a weird perspective? That and what if he's just relaying the message sent by the HC? Or what if Garrett is so blind to keep Choice as a backup and Jerry suggests that he needs to get Choice out of the doghouse?

I think so much of the 'Jerry is a meddling owner' stuff is media nonsense. I watched that interview with Jimmy a couple of years ago and Jimmy was complimentary towards Jerry and said that Jerry wasn't meddling and Hansen just couldn't bear to hear that. And when JFE wrote that basically fans could watch practice for $27 not too long ago which was a gigantic exagerration.

I think there's other things that Jerry's guilty of, but trying to be the HC isn't one of them.

Lets don't go over the Super Bowl ring thing again. The only credit I give Jerry for those IS SIGNING THE CHECKS. For that he deserves huge credit. Jimmy Johnson's talent knowledge built that team.

Just because Jerry provided a foundation to win those 3 super bowl rings doesn't mean he should get credit.

As if he picked the players or had anything to do with how the team was run on the field..

The best thing he's ever done for this franchise football-wise is hire his friend Jimmy.. who he than pissed off so much that he ran him out of town.

Other owners are willing to spend money and do what's necessary to win as well. You act as if that's a trait that only Jerry holds.

Bottom line.. the man does not know football and while he has to realize it would be the best for the team and our chances of winning if he just stayed out of it, he's more concerned with stroking his ego and public perception of himself. He wants to be credited for things he has nothing to do with.. the fallout with Jimmy proved that.

Parcells hardly rebuilt this roster. He made it old fast just as he does every where he goes.

He had some decent draft picks but if you think that was all Parcells your delusional.

It's pointless to argue but I hope your just as miserable if Dallas wins another SB with Jerry as owner.
