Jerry Jones is the reason this team does not have a winning atmosphere, there is no sense of team.

Team unity is shredded when the defensive coordinator is given the scapegoat treatment for winning games with a defense that has lost half it's starters due to injury.

Team unity is shredded when individual players don't feel loyalty and accountability to each other, only to their owner, because he's the final, sole authority on drafting, free agent signing, and firing personnel decisions. Letting one person down with a DUI is not as consequential as letting down 100 people that you feel personally accountable to.

Team unity is shredded when every coaches instruction, every play call, and every directive can be circumvented by getting on the good side of the owner.

Team unity has been destroyed by Jerry Jones, and any success this team has will be in spite of his ego. It's never his fault, at least in his mind, but the truth of the matter is that Jerry Jones personality, ego, and management style is a MASSIVE RO to the Dallas Cowboys success.
