According to what I read in the DMN, it is. It happened in 2018 and allegedly was witnessed by several current and former players. Again, allegedly.

From local newspaper accounts, the suit stems from an alleged incident on Sept. 16, 2018, at AT&T Stadium.

An appeals court decision says the woman claims Jones “kissed her on the mouth and forcibly grabbed her without her consent.” It also appears that JJ will be deposed under oath. Doesn’t guarantee that this case will go all the way to a trial, but the appeals court judge did indicate it met the standards to allow a trial.
