Jerry Jones not ready to address Dez's future

I can see dez going bye bye. You can’t whine and act up when you’ve had an awful year. The team followed his lead after that fumble

He is a horrible route runner.

His effort has been awful since his contract.

He has the highest drop rate in the NFL.

He’s not explosive anymore.

His football IQ has always been bottom tier. Ex: it took him 3 seasons to learn the playbook.

He still doesn’t know defensive schemes.

He’s regularly late/absent to meetings.

He’s a distraction on the sidelines. Temper tantrums.

Love Dez. Love his passion. Love his heart. The man loves the Cowboys. Absolutely loves this team. It’s a shame he was wasted as were so many. I see teams cater to their playmakers abilities. How come Dallas never has done so?
Dez has had more targets than almost all other receivers in the NFL over the years.

I am torn between him opinion wise.

I can see both sides now for the first time in a long time and he may be now more trouble than what he is worth for us.

BUT what do we see as a possible trade IF we move him on? I am talking draft picks and to the right team Dez is GOLD and can play the game.

I am thinking we take nothing less than a Mid/ Low 1st Rd draft pick and in all honesty if Dez was available in the draft there is always a team that are taking him.

Trade him to the Browns? ;)

Serious question: worse long-term contract...

Dez Bryant or Ken Hamlin?
