While I do think he's done an OK job at assembling talent the last two years, it's also his job to maintain a coaching staff that optimizes the talent in the field. It's clear that his coaching staff is in over their heads, and there are no excuses. There's no salary cap for coaches. He owns the most valuable sports franchise in the world and has the funds to hire the absolute best in the world, but regularly hires desperate or unqualified candidates....all because he refuses to acknowledge that there are people that know more about football than he does. As that fan said to Dak: "embarrassing".

So funny how he praises Bland and Ferguson. Why? They are clearly bad players. You did it for Diggs, constantly railing on him. You did it for Steele. What makes Bland and Ferguson untouchable? Bad players, bad extensions. Haven't been good for years. I know he watches the games, but his opinions always seem to be based on things that occurred years ago

And you wonder why we fail year in and year out, regardless of the coaches. This is the GM! This guy is in charge of who plays every season, every week! He has no idea about the state of his roster, let alone the rest of the league.
