Jerry; Hey Man good morning, well it is a great feeling, and Our fans really deserve that and we know it. I dont care if we have played them twice or 3, we have too much at stake, we have to figure this out how to win.
Jerry; Well biggest consideration on our building, is towards our fans comfort and to leave them shut relative to tempature, etc. and I thought was outstanding with our fans support-yelling etc.
The size of our building can be an impact at our stadium while being a challenge too and I feel it is important before their offense takes a snap. Their is liten of nfl rules with being plain vanillla to us encouraging loud support so we have leave it up to the fans to get into it with yelling, etc. We can put more in the stadium, and alot of our fans knew that game was coming, so everybody now has to get their tickets along with our party passes. Our decks and party passes are still available. $35 for party passes. Dream would be to come here, and win by hopefully coming back to play again for another playoff game. Its series by series play by play out there this saturday.

Well, you can imagine and its a challenge, with what happened last year our state of mind at eagles game last year in phily and to get back out there and redeem ourselves, and would have been a challenge to get back out there and make amends like eagles are getting that chance. Our players know them and they know us real well. Jackson is a very good player and we have to figure out how not to let him get behind us or in front of us.
Jerry; the minute he got it out of his mouth, i dont really give him a bad mark with what emmitt smith said about us winning only 7 games. If i let things that come out of peoples mouths dictate what I would do I would be in a bad mood, about every second, etc.
Jerry; Our biggest challenge, I think lets start with the defense with 5 new faces on that defense and it took wade and his skill to turn this into a good defense. And number 2, the challenge romo has focused to protect the ball, and he told me in february, like he is devising ways to think about what he is getting ready to do like in golf, yet at same time be the athlete and freely use his gifts. Boy, we have seen it on the field.
Jerry; Columbo, we dont know till how Marc can respond till he gets out on the field, ahd he has earned right to start, but we have to see how much rust he has, etc. I give hudson houck alot of credit for getting Doug Free ready too. The physlcal part we will see this week in pratice if columbo is ready to come back and play, but doug free he has really gotten better more the snaps he has taken. ITs so hard for coaches to put unproven players in the game, sometimes you might have to encourage it, say do it, push it, etc, but you have pressure to play if someone is hurt. Doug Free has responded, He probably is more suited to play at LOT. You saw him sunday, and the only person i saw like that was larry allen in superdome in new orleans chased a player down like 60 yards, and it contributed to the legend of larry allen. Flozell had has best game of the year last sunday. We only dressed 2 other offensive linemen last sunday, and they have to be able to dress out at OT and OG, and Center and OG.
Jerry; No really my way of dealing with it, as far as the team is concerned, we have the understanding with wade, we can take the option, and like i said after the game you have to be impressed with wade, compared to coach that might be a lame duck. Wade has never had a honeymoon here, and worked under pressure, and he has been in some fox holes, and in my lifetime, i would rather have people that have failed, but been in fox holes nad had advdersity.
Jerry; Again, nothing is exactly alike, i have been here and aware when alot of critism over landy and when they were ready to run jimmmy out of here on a rail the first years, and with switzer. Bottom line, we all know what counts you have to have some success. Where the rubber meets the road with me, how do you put yourself to have success, with same personnel with continiuty, and like mistakes i have made, the number of head coaches we have had which i am responsible for lays at my door and reason possibly why we havent been in super bowls for 13 years and playoffs.
Jerry on offering wade a contract extension now; I take the spirit of your question, it is contractual, in privacy of wade and im superstitious as hec, i like the way its going, and i know its trite, but that contractual issue, and if everybody doesnt work better if on the cusp and they dont have a net and like have to play to win.
Jerry on roy williams comments, Yes, I am happy to win and i am happy to have roy williams, you know he had an outstanding work in practice and the one play that looked like he had confusion, that just got out of sync. Roy has his head up head down workman attitude, runnning routes and i pray i hope were going to need him before its over.
Jerry; i understand people want to see ogletree, etc, thats the territory were in, but i will tell you roy williams is major threat to burn the opposing team, and make a big play, were not asking him to do somethign he hasnt done before, he is a better route runner then he was 6 months ago. Were spreading that ball around alot, and its not going that be easy to get 8 to 9 catches, etc and defenses are gonig to let roy get that many catches.
Jerry ; concern is a good word when you would have liked to see him make that fg, no doubt in my mind he is inthe groove, and he will do it. I was visiting houston nutt, and their fg kicker, and missed only 2 fgs and he goes otu there and misses 4 out of 5 or something like that, and didnt have more accuracy there.
Jerry; somebody asked if there was a draft there, and they lit matches late at night and no wind blowing, humor there.
Jerry; their offense is structure to make the play, and kept a lot of guys in to protect mcnabb and was an all day sucker for our guys to get to him. They make take emphasis on what they do, to put alot more pressure on romo early and bottom line they are going to tweak it and not reinvent the wheel and thats what is scary they have done that and fixed things.
Jerry; its a complicated proposition, and if you have bad years, you getting advantage to get better picks in draft, so if u do anything to help winners to win, thats a big head scratcher. While team that rests players, while other teams might do opposite, and influncing who gets to the playoffs and let it be discression of the teams. Draft picks, is an ideal, give them to preseason winners, and may have to be a different solution. We dont know yet on choice, thats a degree thing and certainly will be a medical issue, not my decision.
