Not surprising at all. Losing your QB is almost like a get out of jail free card.

To be honest MM should be fired for having a backup QB like Rush on the team. It’s pretty obvious that he doesn’t watch much practice to start a QB like Rush, looks like the urban legend of MM being a QB whisperer have been debunked . Dak Rush Lance how pathetic a trio of players MM and Jerry have talked up. Truth is only reason MM isn’t kicked to the barn is Jerry isn’t paying him to sit around eating donuts and while paying him “dead coaching money “ MM may be as bad as JG right now it’s a toss up.

McCarthy certainly blames some of the fault for the Cowboys' current losing streak, his play calling, clock management and personnel decisions during games has been horrendous at times...

Firing everyone and starting over midseason is too much work for Jerry..........and being honest, won't make any difference.

The team is going to be sitting out the playoffs this year regardless of whose coaching it. Sure, it would be satisfying holding MM accountable but thats just not how we operate. Its a team and group effort. No one man is responsible or accountable. This has been Jerry's approach since he hired Barry Switzer. Take that Jimmy!!
