Jerry Jones: Very happy with Cowboys post-Micah Parsons trade

I wouldn’t either, not alone. But add him to the two 1st round picks they also received, and now next to Quinnen Williams and things look much better for the Cowboys.
And that doesn’t count the additional 1st rounder . It all punctuates the value Parsons had which provides Cowboys an excellent opportunity to overcome loss of Parsons .

That’s what I thought .More hot air.

At what point did you go south on Parsons . Before contract negations or well before ? Or were you never in support or a fan?
What do you mean that's what I thought? I unlike you answered your question without a deceptive response. I said I official stats.

I went south on that bum after the green bay game. After he ran his mouth about how he was going to play great and instead he did his normal......nothing. if you are trying to imply that I hate when players get paid show me where I turned on ceedee when he wanted his money.

I was just curious when you went south on Parsons. I assume you’re referring to Packers playoff game we were blown out?

And I’ll look forward to your facts and data why Micah wasn’t an All Pro:)

And this doesn’t even factor in the additions of Rashaun Gary and Malachi Lawrence, as well as the continued development of Donovan Ezeiraku.

It’s not a slight against Parsons to say that the Cowboys are a better overall team than they were prior to trading him.

Coming from someone who said they answer questions like a mayor you sure require alot of answers to your questions
But unlike you I answer.

You’re right. It’s not. It’s actually impressively supportive how valuable Parsons was.

Now let’s see if we can make it pay off.

No doubt.

Despite him being a former Cowboy, I’m not trying to retroactively minimize his talent. He was a great player in Dallas, and he was great in Green Bay as well.

But I will be paying close attention to when he comes back and if he’s still the same player.

Not yet you haven’t. Your data and facts why Micah isn’t an All Pro are secret.
Because after Thanksgiving since he came into the league he folds like you would on a witness stand with your question dodging. Go tally up his sacks based on my criteria. It's known to any non casual football person that games get tighter and more serious after the Thanksgiving break. Coincidentally it's when micah falters. Go to your nfl.com stats and tell me how many games and how many sacks Mr all pro has after Thanksgiving. Hint:it's not great

Unfortunately Mr Guru NFL stats are a totalitarian cumulative compilation. When calculating towards recognition in All Pro the sum is what’s measured .

As I suspected you’ve dissected a portion of the statistical compilation to serve your narrative.

When did I say he wasnt an all pro? Quote where I said that. You think you're good at this but you're really not. Definitely not mayor material. But then again, the way you make up quotes from people maybe you are

You said his stats were inflated. I’m assuming that would mean he’s not All Pro then. If not who cares?

I'm curious so I looked. What's interesting is that he's had at least 1 sack in every Thanksgiving game he's ever played in so the 2nd line in these years also includes Thanksgiving games.

2021
4 sacks (31% of his sack total) after TG (5 games - 31% of season)
5 sacks (38% of his sack total) including TG (6 games - 37% of season)

2022
1.5 sacks (11% of his sack total) after TG (6 games - 35% of season)
3.5 sacks (26% of his sack total) including TG (7 games - 41% of season)

2023
2.5 sacks (18% of his sack total) after TG (6 games - 35% of season)
4 sacks (28% of his sack total) including TG (7 games - 41% of season)

2024
5.5 sacks (46% of his sack total) after TG (5 games - 29% of season)
7 sacks (58% of his sack total) including TG (6 games - 35% of season)

2025
0 sacks (played 2 games, injured in 2nd)
2.5 sacks (played 3 games, injured in 3rd)

I meant to also add vs playoff teams. I mean this is the all pro were talking about. We shouldn't care what he does against lowly bottom feeders. People have different energy when it comes to dak. But with parsons his frontrunner stats vs bad teams count. Lol

Well, of course Jerry is going to say that, pretty much no matter what we got for Micah.

But I actually am happy with it, too. I'm happy to have Kenny, Malachi and Barham, who, IIRC, we got with the fourth we got when we traded down in the first. And it also helped us get Quinnen! And honestly, I was starting to be just a little embarrassed to root for Micah because he just seems like such a d****e.
