I don't understand why everyone is riding Philips so much for this loss. I am very dissappointed with this loss, however Jerry Jones needs to quit his damn meddling. The Roy Williams trade absolutely destroyed Dallas chance to draft some quality players and his loyalty to Barber and Newman has hurt this team. I really think Dallas needs to just bite the bullet and cut Newman, Barber and Roy and just deal with the fact that Williams was a bust. Crayton has outperformed Williams with limited oppurtunities and Ogltree might actually be a better number 2. If Newman is going to continually get toasted, they might as well just play Scandrick as he might actually get better with more playing time. As for the Oline, Dallas might want to take a lineman with all three top picks and hope that at least 2 of them become starters.

I also think that it was very unfair on Philips already having coaches in staff. What kind of HC is unable to choose his OLine coach and his O Coordinator??
