You're going off the reservation. Jerry's going to be involved whether I like it or not and not that's not an issue. Nor is the issue my approval or disapproval of Jerry. My point was that there was no way you could definitively make a statement that Jerry going down to the sideline did not affect a (damn) thing. Matter of fact, that very idea is contradictory to your own statement that "Jerry is going to be involved." To say that he's on the sideline discussing the status of a franchise QB to his HC and that discussion or Jerry's words have no impact on what the HC does is just not being honest with yourself.

Jerry has been going down to the sideline since he has owned the team including 3 SB. Jerry is on the side of the Cowboys he not done there giving bad information, he was giving a status to Garrett. Do others do that? No but who fricken cares if it is some flunky sent from the locker room to the sidelines to inform Jason of what is taking place with his starting QB or if it is Jerry Jones? It clearly matters to those who do not care for Jones to begin with, myself I don't care and in no way was Jerry being down there a reason we lost. Jerry was not missing tackles, Jerry was not blowing blocking assignments and Jerry was not calling plays. That is what cost the Cowboys, Not Jerry giving a status report on Romo

OK Dooms. Again, you're way off the reservation and none of those things were being discussed by me or brought up in my post.

Jerry words has no impact, what words? Romo checked out and can play? that is pretty much what Jerry discussed with Garrett. You guys want to have a fit over Jerry be my guest. Hell you will do it anyways regardless of what Jerry Jones does or says.

What's with this "you guys"? And how do you know what I would do regardless? I speak for myself. I asked a question/made a comment and you went on some all encompassing diatribe defending Jerry against against every accusation dating back to to when he bought the team which had nothing to do with my response to you.

I remember in the 70's when the Steelers were proud they did not hype themselves like the Cowboys of that era. Some thought Tex Schramm boasted too much, but he did not remotely draw the childish attention the Jones' do today.

I prefer a team that understates themselves, and let's the accomplishments on the field do the talking...much more respectable than the pandering for publicity JJ does.
