You're going off the reservation. Jerry's going to be involved whether I like it or not and not that's not an issue. Nor is the issue my approval or disapproval of Jerry. My point was that there was no way you could definitively make a statement that Jerry going down to the sideline did not affect a (damn) thing. Matter of fact, that very idea is contradictory to your own statement that "Jerry is going to be involved." To say that he's on the sideline discussing the status of a franchise QB to his HC and that discussion or Jerry's words have no impact on what the HC does is just not being honest with yourself.
Jerry has been going down to the sideline since he has owned the team including 3 SB. Jerry is on the side of the Cowboys he not done there giving bad information, he was giving a status to Garrett. Do others do that? No but who fricken cares if it is some flunky sent from the locker room to the sidelines to inform Jason of what is taking place with his starting QB or if it is Jerry Jones? It clearly matters to those who do not care for Jones to begin with, myself I don't care and in no way was Jerry being down there a reason we lost. Jerry was not missing tackles, Jerry was not blowing blocking assignments and Jerry was not calling plays. That is what cost the Cowboys, Not Jerry giving a status report on Romo
