Jerry make next HC job incentive based

yeah...barely above .500 with a pretty talented roster and no playoff wins is a major accomplishment isnt it?

We need to get someone like Lovie Smith that we can treat like garbage, pay like a stiff, do a good job and still come lapping back for more.

It's unrealistic. You can't expect somebody talented to come here and work under conditions like those. Tell somebody like Stoops that he has to win a certain number of games or else he's getting stripped of millions and he'll tell you "see ya later, pal."

What Jerry needs to do is hire somebody who is not out of the football cycle (i.e. coached the season before he was hired), is young enough to understand the nuances of today's game (i.e. Sean Payton) and is smart enough to let his assistants talk to the freaking press (i.e. everybody).

I respect Parcells and I'm glad he made the Cowboys better, but it's time we had somebody who knew how to call a complete game, both offensively and defensively.
