THIS is one of many issues with the culture in the cowboys organization right now.

1 - Whose business is of anyone who has Jerry's cell phone number? Why even bother mentioning it?

2 - So, if Parson's has Jerry's personal phone number, does that mean anyone who doesn't have it on the team isn't as important?

3 - Chain of command... Players go to the coach, coaches go to the GM, GM goes to the owner. Likewise, GM and owner negotiate with the players agent, not the player.

Jerry makes stupid comments like these and I have no doubt it's a big reason why given the opportunity to get a good quality coach, they will most likely choose another option unless they don't have any options.
