Booger is annoying to me but to the players, he is that drunk uncle. They learn quickly to ignore him because they know the only reason he hasn't retired is that camera and mic. Without that, he'd hang it up in a minute.

The players ignore Jerry, until they feel the need to go over coach's head. Jerry loves his players; especially certain players.
