Jerry has been gun shy about making a big draft day trade every since he gave 2 number 1 picks for Joey Galloway.

..............Oh Really? .........

I would very very surprised if a big draft day trade became reality.....

I would constitute the trade with Buffalo a few years back as a big trade. It netted us a first round pick and an additional second rounder.

However, looking back, we probably should have stayed and taken Jackson.

why? so we could hear everyone complain about it when he averaged 3.6yds per carry every yr behind our mediocre OL?

You have no conception of how good Stephen Jackson is. If Jones gets 4 YPC then JAckson would get 5.

Yes he would, Jackson wouldn't need an OL, we could just snap him the ball and let him work his magic.
