I do give him credit for listening to his staff and his inner circle. The old Jerry would have done it his way or take the highway. I'll give him credit for backing down but we both know who he would have picked. So I'll credit who ever

all I am saying is he listened to structure that he built.
I get the frustration over the years but the hiring of Red
is turning this ship around and still his tared and feathered
