I do give him credit for listening to his staff and his inner circle. The old Jerry would have done it his way or take the highway. I mentioned before, if you can contain Jerry from meddling, like they did during the Jimmy and Parcells era, this team will go far. LESS Jerry the better. Call it addition by subtraction. Boy, do I love saying that phrase.

I'll give him credit for backing down but we both know who he would have picked. So I'll credit who ever
