Twitter: Jerry on 105.3 the fan

So to be clear............ you were pissed about how we bombed out of the playoffs early and our ridiculous penalty totals but you've decided we are going to run it back with the exact same staff most likely?

That Jerry, always three steps ahead of everyone.

2 Years in and 1 if you give a pass without the qb and covid.
You went 12-5 what could be seen as year 1. And I don't care about the division, it produced 2 playoff teams and on par with a couple other divisions., you're not changing over coaches.

Come on Fins do us a big favor and take the 'boy genius'!

OK, the bright side if Moore returns is that there are some things with the offense that he did absolutely well. It was one of the top offenses overall for the year for a reason.

Hopefully, he and McCarthy have the ability to sit down in the offseason and dissect what went wrong, so that we can make whatever adjustments are needed to not play the way that we did the second half of the year.

Of course, we also have to acknowledge that some of it was on the players. The lateral that we attempted to execute from Wilson to Pollard was there if Wilson did not make a terrible throw. There were pass plays where the receivers were open, but either Dak missed them or they dropped the ball (or in Wilson's case, was blinded by the sunlight Jerry allowed into the stadium). We left points on the field against San Fran due to poor execution.

They absolutely have to figure out, though, what is needed to get the run game going again and to regularly beat shell coverage quickly.

We need a RB....it's that plain and simple. We need someone with some juice... Because Elliott isn't that guy.

Just said they convinced Quinn to come back, that they were in a competitive war to Dan, also said he will be here for years to come and was extended, so Fisher was right. Also believes Kellen Moore will be back

"I am NOT going to make it easy to pin a tampering charge on me."

Elliott had plenty of juice until he got hurt. I'm all for starting to look for his replacement, but we've got him for another year based on his contract. His dead cap for cutting him is nearly $12 million more than his cap hit next year, so the team is going to be relying on him bouncing back. Hopefully, though, unlike they did with kicker this year, they will plan for the possibility that he might not bounce back.

jerry is talking today to try to keep the cowboys in the news today just of bunch of jibberish

I didn't expect McCarthy to get canned. But there should be some changes at the assistant level. Philbin did a pretty shoddy job with the OL. He's only here much like how Nolan ended up here - buddies of McCarthy. We saw what happened when they crap canned Nolan. They should send Philbin packing.

I called it the day Jerry went on the radio and was acting all pissed we laid an egg in the playoffs, that it was totally for show to appease the fans that were mad and after a week or two when things settled down he wasnt going to do jack about any of it.

Dak isn't too blame for KMs weak run calls. Defenses dared us to run and he wouldn't take them up on it. Any coordinator who believes outside runs are more gimmick, than an actual legitimate part of the offense is questionable at best.

Of course he took them up on it. Lol

It’s just that zeke sucked so he had to go with our strength.

He doesn't get a pass for injuries on O line, TSteele made a big jump, Tyrone hurt, L. COLLINS SUSPENDED,

He could've ran Pollard more if that was the case. I agree our line sucked, but so did his weak run calls. He was as bland as possible in the run game and it showed.

Constant confusion. Inability to communicate on blitzes. Zero development on Biadasz or Williams.

He's a mediocre OL coach, only here because of the connection to McCarthy. I mean you gave Mike Nolan leeway too for awhile and he was a downright disaster right from the jump.

Greenbay always had good lines, even when he was in Miami I think his lines were good. Last late he had all the backups playing decent. There was never any continuity this year

More money, lower expectations, lower stress, better work-life balance.

if quinn wasn't interested in those head coaching jobs, why did he interview for them?
