My apologies for no link, but I'll post one if I can find it.

Anyway, Jerry stupidly expressed his confidence in the coaching staff yet again. I don't know if he is drunk, blind, or just plain ignorant.

What do you expect him to say? He's not firing Garrett mid-season no matter how ugly this thing gets. This is status quo for Jerry.

This is a lost cause... we are DESTINED to be a pathetic team untill that man is the owner

we can only hope. garrett openly defied him yesterday by not running dak despite jerry saying that needed to be done. open defiance is where jerry will draw the line in the sand.

I honestly feel the staff tells Dak not to run... he is so timid to pull it down as if he’s tired of getting his butt chewed out in the film room about it

He needs to pull his head out of the sand first.
It is a family forum, so I can't say the other area. :lmao2:

Everyone applauds the effort the players give as if that is something to applaud but they still do it.

So if the players are giving the effort and the offense is ranked 31st then when do the coaches get the blame?

Jason Garrett and Scott Linehan do not have an answer. They know 1 offense and their answer to all of this is execute that offense better.

Nothing will change.

Dak has gone from a fringe top 10 QB to one of the worst QB's in the NFL.

Definitely a PR thing, I get that, but let's hope he is starting to take notice. He has to know his time is limited on this Earth. Garrett is obviously not going to give him that last hail mary for a Super Bowl. Time to shake things up. If he thinks Garrett is the guy he isn't as savvy as I had hoped.

As long as he’s not going to bat for Dak.

Maybe there’s hope we won’t extend his contract ?

I bet no one here can predict what jason will say at his press conference?

OMG... I can't believe Jerry wasn't crying like a teenage girl screaming he is going to fire everybody and start over.

He is none of those things. He is a businessman and right now his investment is a cash cow and worth more than any other similar business on the planet. His customers are still in place so he sees no reason to get rid of his yes man puppet in charge of the on field product. He has numerous other business ventures monopolizing his time and money. You don’t mess with success and unfortunately for us fans, success in Dallas is now measured in dollars, not wins and championships.
