I think you're giving Coach Jerry too much credit. The Saints aren't modifying their game plan on Tuesday just because Jerry said something.

I get Pollard out in space, the cat was more WR than RB to begin with. Get the guy with his speed outside with ball in hand. Forget banging the line, let Zeke do that.

Zeke is a strong physical runner he is still legit to get that 3/4, but his days of breaking things pretty much over.

Don't buy a load of Zeke.

Actually coach jerry may have told kellen he wants Zman to have at least 20 carries this week, to earn his paycheck.
I think he does say stuff like that to his coaches, and what choice do they have ? Not much , appease the crazy owner most of the time.

Yep, short yardage, GL, and some pass blocking. But to be honest, Pollard can do short yardage and GL just as well.
