Jerry should Get It Out of His System

I wish Jerry would just name himself head coach. Demote Wade to DC. This is what Jerry has always wanted to do anyway, all the players would be clear about who is in charge, he could "fire people up" all he wants and give all those great locker room speeches instead of only once or twice a year. Then when he gets the snot knocked out of him and he is absolutely humiliated he will have had his fantasy fix, and will never have to have a captain cupcake again. I'm for getting the pain out of the way and getting it done once for all.

Cmon Jerry, name yourself head coach.

Jerry claims he is going to be the "taskmaster" for the team next year which is clearly the head coach's job. Jerry will be the true head coach next year.

next year - barring a completely new coaching staff like Cowher - is already a total waste, just like this year was.

jerry needs to bottom out, nothing like failing as head coach to accomplish that.

I've been saying this ever since Jimmy left.

It's a win-win, either he shocks the world and turns out to be a great coach or he gets humiliated and is forced to admit he needs to hire a true football coach.

The problem as I see it as far as JJ goes is that he will make Millions$$ whether we win or not.
People that love The Boys will still support them no matter what the team does. They kick and scream when they lose ,but JJ knows they'll be back and always be there to buy tickets ,and merchandise.

The team is his hobby, making $$ is his job.
And he's found out he can make the $$ no matter where the team finishes.

Proof, The new stadium. The team hasn't done anything in years but he still built The best Stadium in the NFL and probably the most expensive.

I agree with that but add Newman has to go Marcus Spears DE Carp to Roy Williamn WR, and Romo they all belong that list those guys just flat out quit like freeking Cowards.
