The more i think about that statement, the more i think this all goes back to when Jimmy Johnson (football life) said.... "there is no fear at Valley Ranch, its like a country club" everybody is buddy buddy over there.

I know alot of people expect heads are going to roll, but i cant see Jerry firing JG and the staff after only 2 years into JG coaching tenure. just imo

I agree.

Jerry probably only means things will get uncomfortable for the coaches. The players will still have easy street at VR!

I'm going to reserve judgment on this Skip Peete thing until I see if any other shoes drop. If this is just the beginning of what proves to be a case of Garrett taking a long, hard, critical look at his own program, and taking the steps required to fix it, then I'll be all for it.

If, however, it goes no further than Peete, or just barely, it'll be weak tea indeed.

Al Davis Jones.

Yep. The same results that happen this past season will occur again next season.

Depressing isn't it? I miss winning. :)

Didn't you hear? He fired Skip Peete today, heads are rolling and everyone is terrified.

Jerry probably thought he was firing Skip Bayless!

Nothing is going to change unless Jerry decides to change. I miss watching those Cowboy teams under Jimmy.

Those were the days.

Absolutely, the ones under Landry were pretty good too. I don't hate Garrett but he's not the right man for the job.

Ha ha ha, I hear ya. Anything 90's or 70's will do.

Yeah, I'm sorry, I realize it would have been more appropriate in the other thread. I meant it in the larger context of things being made "uncomfortable" at VR.

We aren't gonna see those days again under Jerrah.

none of the garretts are getting touched. they will throw rob ryan under the bus to keep the garrett-jones clan intact.

Instead of 72 degrees, Jerry's turning down the AC to a toasty 78.
