Jerry normally is exceptionally tough on first round picks, there were legit questions as to whether Micah would even dress the first few games but the tough love paid off

Don't you just hate it's Jerry saying this, not Mike (or even Philbin). Please, please, please Jerry let your staff do their jobs and you do yours.

I think most of us have examples in our working lives where an over-bearing boss suffocates you and doesn't let you do your thing.

Don't know why I wasted 2 minutes typing this as nothing is going to change. Back to being a grumpy old man for me.
