Jerry is so full of s--t as he has always been. Anybody want to fall for his B.S., have at it. Instead of talking big, let's see it.
(coughing strongly and laughing to self) That's just a puppy love...with cast off on steroids.

If you say it every year, eventually you're going to be right.

If he qualified it with "in the last 28 years" I'd be inclined to agree with him.

Why should he?
They’re not always in the best shape they’ve been since he’s been the owner, but he’ll never say it. He’s a salesman and always will be.

Wow, so refreshing to hear our owner have this level of ”good feeling” about our team. Has JJ ever said this before? It certainly makes me feel confident!
He keeps up with all valid considerations from pride. I don't doubt our chosen team on integrity or quality attempted towards. The team is valid and good now.

Country Club Jerry at his finest.

He should be telling everyone to get ready and they have a lot of work to do. Instead hes telling everyone they are the most talented team he has ever had. LOL

They are entitled and they havent even won one game yet.

I think he might be right.

I'm trying to remember a recent opening game in which the Cowboys didn't have some kind of injuries, suspensions or other issues.

All three receivers are in good health, heck, the whole squad is good to go. The TE's are three deep ready to go.

No injury issues to the QB's and RB's. The left side of the O-line is hurt but they aren't going out on the field with nine players. At least Richards and Edoga have been playing all month long. Not only that, Edoga has 26 games experience, half of them as a starter. Asim Richards is a 5th round draft pick and I don't think it's unusual for teams to start a late round O-line rookie.

Since 2000, there have been 47 rookie O-linemen that started at least 8 games for their teams.

Last season 6th round pick Trey Smith started all 17 games for the SB champion Chiefs. Braxton Jones, a 5th rounder, started all 17 games for Chicago.

Sam Williams won't be able to make it for game #1 but the D-line probably has more depth than any other squad on this team. Overshown is out for the season but nobody can tell me that the LB squad can't handle losing a rookie. The other LB's are healthy as can be and then you can assume that Parsons will play a small role there as well.

In the secondary, again, Wilson being gone can be absorbed by another very deep squad and the top three CB's are healthy as can be.

What I just described is the worse case scenario for game #1 as I assume Tyler Smith, Tyron Smith, Sam Williams, Donovan Wilson and Jourdan Lewis can't go.
Edoga has been out all of TC. If he plays we are screwed. Lets hope we can handle one missing guard. If we have to fill in two guys on the left side this will be sad to watch.

I still would expect Edoga to start ahead of the rookies if he's healthy. If he's not or hasn't been able to practice, then I would think Richards steps in.

Well…at least he isn’t using “secret sauce” anymore in his vernacular. Jerry just running his pie hole to anybody who will listen…same old, tired rhetoric year-after-year.

Except for those two injuries on the OL right before game 1.
