Problem would be that Jethro is already pretty much persona non grata with Goofsmell and company as it is. Hiring Gruden would make it a lot worse.

Do it, just to put some fear into our players. We might lose, but at least the cupcake culture might vanish.

Dak trying to learn Grudens playbook is on par with me learning to speak Mandarin. So, in other words...hilarious.

I want to see this happen.
Dak would just throw up his hands and quit with another 'season ending hammy injury'.

While I am intrigued by the possibility of Gruden even as OC.....

Wouldn't his ideas be even more dated than McCarthy's at this point? The game is ever-evolving and Gruden has been out for quite a while.

Two of Dak's hamstring tendons completely tore off the bone and a third was hanging on by a thread.

Hate on Dak all you want, but making stuff up about him quitting when in fact he was seriously injured doesn't add credibility to your stance.

He wouldn’t mind running the football. Before his firing, the offense was improving every year. It was the defense that was struggling.

Gruden will not take an OC job.
