He owns the biggest money maker in all of the NFL. He has a lot more power than you realize. Remember the Pepsi compound lawsuit against the NFL? They tried to get ****ty with Jerry and Jerry shoved it ($750M) back down their throat and they backed down.

Brady was cold busted. Even a judge agreed that he tampered with the ball and covered up evidence. There was no way he was going to win that. Brady even shutdown his lawsuit because he couldn't win. Jerry and Elliot have a good chance on winning this fight.
