We've got some great guys on this team, I am just completely baffled that they cannot play better.
Witten, Ratliff, D Ware, Marion Barber, T Choice, Newman, Romo and Keith Davis are guys you can build a team around.
We need a coach that is allowed to coach, that knows how to win and prepare a team.
Everyone seems to have hated Parcells around here, but just look what can happen when a football guy is in charge...Miami returned I think 5 players from last years team, they are way under the salary cap and they will most likely end up with a better record than us.
I love Jerry in many ways, but he said it himself, he likes all the distractions and attention his team gets, he doesn't value the head coaching position and he just doesn't seem to undertstand how his philosophy undermines his goal of winning a Super Bowl, whcih I believe with all my heart he wants.
I think Jerry is dying inside right now like most of us are and this loss just might be the final stake in his heart to let go and put a strong coach in charge and pull his team back from the media spotlight. Doubtful, I'm sure, but this is the only hope I have for this team's future.
