If Jerry looked at just the results of his GM over the years, he would’ve fired him a long time ago.

However, each morning I’m sure he wakes up into a bedroom that is as big as my house and looks in his “magic” mirror and asks, “Mirror, mirror, on the wall…who’s the greatest GM of them all?”, and his own reflection answers “I am.”

Me me me me me me me. My team, my toy, my money, my decisions.

The old clown doesn’t care about anyone but himself, his kids included. He genuinely believes he‘s a football god and we’re all too dumb to see it. And he’ll live for another 20 years too, better accept it now.

Jerry Jones also made some concessions about the roster and some of the decisions but when I asked him if he would concede the role given the scrutiny of it this season the answer was, “ No. I bought the team and…somebody asked, ‘Did you buy this for your kids?’ And I said hell no. I bought it for me. I didn’t buy an investment … I bought an occupation.” He went on to say “the facts are…since I have to decide where the money is spent, then you might as well cut all the BS. That's who's making the call anyway.”

He said years ago it was his team and he would remain the GM.

Here's the thing.

Even IF Jerry hired a GM it wouldn't matter.

He would still control all aspects of everything and not let the GM do their job.

There will never be a GM other than Jerry regardless if he holds the title or someone else does.
Yep, can you imagine his GM trading a 'star', or undertaking a planned tank....."I did not employ yer to make this franchise an irrelevancy".

Jerry should go down with the ship.

If there ever is an intervention, Charlotte would have to spearhead it. Stephen and Jerruh Jr. are Jerry's two biggest fans.
You’re probably right but I can’t remember the last time I’ve heard Jerry Jr. say anything publicly about football.
